Return & Refund Policy

At INDI-Z, customer satisfaction matters to us.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@indi-z.in with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor colour variations due to screen settings

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
