Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 DAYS of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, where applicable

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

  4. Once received, the returned item will be inspected.

Refund Process

After inspection and approval:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 5-7 Business Days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If a refund is denied, the reason will be communicated to you.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Damaged products

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund based on the circumstances.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For customer preference returns (where applicable), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or paid by the customer.

Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:

  • Return conditions are not met.

  • Products show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.

  • Fraudulent or abusive return activity is suspected.
